Does Florentin bill per token?

You record usage as amount + reason via /credits/consume — whether calls, tokens, seconds or custom units. Florentin settles it against balance or plan.

Do I need my own Stripe account?

Yes. You keep full control over payouts and data; Florentin integrates Stripe and adds accounts, credits, metering and the portal on top.

Can I combine subscription and credits?

Yes — a plan can grant monthly credits, and customers can buy more. Hybrid models of base fee plus usage are possible.

How do I prevent double-counting usage?

The request_id on /credits/consume detects repeated events and avoids double-counting.
